The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce, with City of Walnut Ridge officials, hosted a ribbon cutting for Triple Faith Boutique on Thursday afternoon. On hand were (from left) Dr. Brett Cooper, Bill Wilcoxson, Rhonda Fowler, Angie Abbott, Debbie Smith, Mayor Charles Snapp, owners Christy Steele and Shelly James, Jackie Snapp, Renee Bland, Paula Haskins and Junior Briner.
Longtime friends Christy Steele of Walnut Ridge and Shelly James of Pocahontas have opened Triple Faith Boutique at 203 West Main Street in Walnut Ridge. The Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting there Thursday, Dec. 17.
While the Main Street location is newly opened, Christy and Shelly noted that they’ve operated the boutique online for three years and added a mobile boutique two years ago. The mobile boutique has been set up at such events as Beatles at the Ridge and women’s conferences.
Christy and Shelly both teach at St. Paul’s School in Pocahontas, so their storefront hours accommodate their schedules. The boutique is open Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The boutique offers such items as women’s apparel, accessories, jewelry, gifts and home décor. They also have gift cards available for sale. The owners can be contacted at email triplefaith.3@gmail.com or their website www.triplefaithboutique.com.
As their Facebook page states, they encourage customers to “Put a little faith in your style!”
