The Beatles at the Ridge Festival, an annual celebration held in downtown Walnut Ridge, takes place on the third Saturday of every September. This cherished event originated from a historic moment in 1964 when the Beatles unexpectedly landed in Walnut Ridge on that same day, creating an electrifying atmosphere for the town’s residents who had the unique opportunity to witness their departure and capture memorable photos. Today, the festival stands as a vibrant homage to that momentous occasion, offering attendees a delightful array of attractions. This free festival boasts over 80 vendors, more than 15 food trucks, engaging kids’ activities, and a captivating car show. Commencing at 8 am and continuing until the music fades into the evening, the festivities culminate with a headline performance by the Liverpool Legends at 7:30 pm, accompanied by three other bands throughout the day at 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm, ensuring a day filled with joyous entertainment for all.
